This is where I learned what 'scale' really means. Leading the Integrations team at Xoxoday taught me how to turn a 0-to-1 product into a revenue-generating machine.
What I Built: Led integrations roadmap connecting Plum with 21+ HRMS, Survey, and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, HubSpot, etc.)
The Numbers:
$0 → $2M+ GMV in new revenue stream
21 integrations launched across HRMS, CRM, and Survey tools
100% product parity achieved between web and mobile
What I Did:
Owned the integrations roadmap end-to-end
Jumped on sales calls to stay close to customers (best product feedback ever)
Set up product analytics to track user journeys
Partnered with enterprise giants like Salesforce and SAP
Drove cross-functional alignment between engineering, sales, and marketing
What I Learned:
Integrations aren't just technical—they're strategic moats
Customer conversations > Feature requests spreadsheets
Revenue impact matters, but user experience matters more
Analytics aren't just dashboards—they're your product's truth serum
Key Takeaway: Building integrations taught me that the best products don't exist in isolation—they play well with others.
